These terms govern your use of Beacon, operated by Beacon Labs, Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account
You need an account to publish apps. Keep your credentials secure and make sure the information on your profile is accurate. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Plans and billing
Launch is free and includes 1 app and 10 AI generations per month. Pro is $10.99/month for up to 5 apps and 50 generations. Growth is $29.99/month for unlimited apps and generations. Boost is a $19 one-time add-on that features your app for 7 days. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from Settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the feature window starts.
Your content
You keep ownership of your apps, media and copy. You grant Beacon a licence to host and display them on the platform so your listing works. AI-generated drafts are yours to use; review them before publishing anywhere.
Acceptable use
No malware, illegal content, scraping, spam, impersonation, fake stars or fake feedback, and no attempts to bypass plan limits or access other users' data. We can remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
We work to keep Beacon running but provide the service "as is", without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
